The Makerspace Cottage is a brand new home with a 2nd-floor King suite with French doors leading to the spacious patio with dining table and lounge seating. The King suite features a full bathroom en suite, a large walk-in closet, and a washer and dryer. The main level has a second bedroom staged as a TV room featuring a cozy designer Joybird sleeper sofa. Also on the main level is a full kitchen with counter seating, a living area with TV, a full bathroom, and a private outdoor patio. All three TVs are Samsung Frames with curated artwork displayed when not viewing television. The owner has curated an elevated living experience with custom art and furniture from around the globe. Nestled in the quiet South end of the Town at Trilith, the Makerspace Cottage borders the 5k walking trail that encircles the town and is just steps away from the lake.

The Makerspace Cottage includes all furnishings and linens, high-speed internet, utilities, pest control, lawn care, and a dedicated parking space.
